Vrana Civil completed roadway improvements along N‑64 in the Elkhorn area as part of an NDOT transportation infrastructure project. The work improved a critical regional corridor serving commuter and commercial traffic.
The project included removal and replacement of dowel bar concrete pavement, along with roadway and associated infrastructure improvements. Subgrade conditions required grade stabilization using fly ash to meet performance and durability requirements. Construction was completed under active traffic and in accordance with NDOT standards, requiring careful staging and traffic control.
