Vrana Civil completed Phase I of the 36th Street improvements for the City of Bellevue, advancing the City’s efforts to modernize local transportation infrastructure and improve safety and mobility along a key urban corridor.
The project included roadway reconstruction and supporting infrastructure upgrades, completed in a constrained urban environment that required careful phasing, traffic control, and access coordination. Construction activities were planned to maintain mobility for residents, businesses, and emergency services throughout the project limits.
Phase I established the foundation for future corridor improvements by delivering a safer, more durable roadway and upgraded infrastructure. This project reflects Vrana’s experience successfully executing urban street projects for municipal owners while minimizing impacts to the surrounding community.
